Role overview
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of a location's day-to-day operations. The GM will drive growth, performance metrics, workplace culture, staff development, and full operating P&L ownership. Successful candidate needs to be willing to travel for the month of August and first week of September for training.

What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years management experience in warehouse, light industrial, similar industry, or post-military P&L ownership. Strong leadership, financial acumen, customer service focus, daily business systems comfort, data-driven decision making, and team-building skills required.
