Lead Warehouse Associate – Miami, FL

The lead warehouse associate is accountable for ensuring the accuracy of customer orders, maintaining overall warehouse organization and cleanliness. They assist the assistant general manager in fostering team cohesion and upholding robust warehouse protocols.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)
  • Ensure accuracy in picking and loading customer orders.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
  • Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff.
  • Implement and enforce safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
  • Collaborate with the assistant general manager to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders or inventory promptly.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track and record shipments and inventory movements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Work productively with a high sense of professionalism, urgency, and orientation towards positive customer service.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
Other Requirements / Skills (Education, Software, Hardware, Etc.)
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence.
  • Creative thinker and should possess ability to resolve critical problems.
  • Should have ability to multitask and handle conflicts in the assigned work area.
  • Actively involved in plans and initiatives for warehouse sustainability.
  • Should possess ability to work individually and as a team.
  • This is a full-time position, and it regularly requires long hours
