The General Manager will oversee all aspects of a location’s day-to-day operations; the person is the ‘sunrise and sunset’ for the entire business. The GM will drive growth, performance metrics, create an amazing workplace culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator and helping others to do the same. They will own the full operating P&L of their location and will be responsible for driving organic growth of the business.

The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of United Garage Door which is a garage door wholesale company, ensuring efficient processes and alignment with strategic business objectives. This role will lead and develop a team of branch managers across multiple locations, drive supply chain and logistics efficiency, and partner with key departments, including sales and customer service, to support growth and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operations management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to enhance operational performance across all branches.
