Dave Mount, with Mount Onsite Training, will lead the install course and IDEA accreditation testing on Wednesday, February 28 and Thursday, February 29. Dave is an IDEA Master Technician with more than 30 years experience in the industry. He is a faculty member of the IDEA Commercial Sectional School and co-developed the Fire Marshall training program used by the IDA.

Ben Knapp, director of sales at C.H.I Overhead Doors, is leading the sales and marketing course on Tuesday, February 27. Ben is a United States Army Veteran, and has been in the building material sales industry since 2015, and with C.H.I. since 2020. His professional and educational experience has been key to growing his role on the sales team at C.H.I. Overhead Doors.
